Voice Mail and Client Service

Your voice mail message is an extension of your public image. You can create a good impression by leaving a message that is clear, personable, and current. It is important that the message on your voice mail actually be your voice, not your assistant’s or the computerized version. Update your message regularly, particularly if you will be out of the office for a while. Let callers know when you will return their call and give them an alternate person to speak with when possible.
